LEADERSHIP APPLICATION FOR 2021-2022

6th Grade students - Join North Lake Leadership. Visit the North Lake website and look under announcements to find the electronic application. Please fill out this form completely and carefully to apply for Leadership at NLMS for the 2021-2022 school year. This application is due June 1st, 2021. Once this form is submitted, Mrs. McCubbin will send teacher recommendation forms to all of your teachers. Students will be notified by June 4th if they made it into Leadership. You can also click on the link below to place your order online through our In-Touch software. This will be the final opportunity to purchase a yearbook.
