1st and 10th amendment
The first amendment is ,Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
explnation of the first amendment
This amendment simply means that congress has to allow freedom to free religion and the free speech. Also it allows those who are religious to practice and speak freely.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
10th amendment explanation
Any rights not given to federal government are given to the states and people.
