To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will do my 100 push-ups. I will think about doing my push-ups, so I'll get them done.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by changing my surroundings when I'm feeling "pain." What I'll gain from that"pain" is different surroundings in my life. If someone or something keeps making me feel sad I'll change my surroundings , so I'll be happier in life.
I am who I am because of my surroundings
I want happiness from life. So, I need to surround myself with people and things that make me happy.
