Looking to get fundraising hours from the comfort of your home? We are looking for people to call a short list of businesses for Crab Feed donations. Email mooneyk@stjoes.com if you would like to help or to get more info!

Support Our Catholic Schools School Choice Initiative
A School Choice Initiative is moving forward that will provide a $5,000 per child refundable tax credit to families who choose private education. House Bill H447 has been introduced and now is the time to show support. H447 proposes a Refundable Tax Credit for School Choice:
· $5,000 per child with an opportunity for $7,500 per child if identified with special needs
· a total of $40 million for those currently attending private schools
· an additional $10 million for those not currently enrolled in private schools
It is important to note that this legislation includes a strong “non-interference clause” ensuring that acceptance of the tax refund in no way entangles or obligates families to state mandates. This is truly a “no strings attached” initiative.
Your parish community CAN make a difference in getting this bill passed by signing this School Choice Petition. It will take only a minute of your time to automatically send a message of support to your district representatives and senators. Thank you for your support of our Idaho Catholic Schools!
If you have specific questions or would like more information on this initiative, feel free to reach out to Christina Linder, Assistant Superintendent of Catholic Schools at clinder@rcdb.org
Hallissey Basketball Tournament
The Hallissey Basketball tournament has been a tradition in Idaho Catholic education for many years. 7th & 8th grade students compete in this annual state-wide tournament with students from other Catholic schools and parishes throughout Idaho. It is a fun way to support our community while earning service hours. Please come out and cheer on our St. Joe's teams!
