Taking a Deeper Look into Phase Two: Half-Day Hybrid
Digital Citizenship....
Parents & Guardians
I can’t believe that the month of September has come and gone. The time really flies by. Anyway, we have a lot going on and as you know we will be pivoting to the Hybrid schedule on October 15th. I really want to recognize and thank our staff, parents & guardians and students for their collective patience and cooperation as we have navigated into and through phase one of our learning platform. Remote learning isn’t easy, but I know first hand everyone is doing their best and making the most of the opportunity. We will continue to work together and support each other as we enter into phase two Half-Day Hybrid model.
In an effort to maintain communication, I will be adding copies of the Hybrid student schedules for each grade – please see the links below. As with any transition, there may be questions or concerns. Please know that you can reach out directly to me at any time. We want to roll this information out slowly and next week we will be sending some additional videos to help with overall clarity, especially the drop-off and pick-up procedures.

- Independent Remote Learning: Students access Google Classrooms for asynchronous learning opportunities. It’s important to note that as we continue to work out the norms of our remote learning model – our students will be strongly encouraged to develop the needed skills in Digital Literacy as well as Digital Citizenship. This will be very important as we move through the coming weeks. During the Remote Learning platform, all school expectations apply with respect to behavior, etc. What is acceptable in school is our benchmark for communications and interactions within the remote learning environment. Please remind your children of this – Thank You.
