Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) is the science of using motivation to change behavior. ABA is recognized across the world as a highly effective methodology and is an approved learning tool with the NJ Department of Education for educating individuals with special needs.

Through local school district and private insurance contracts, our company provides ABA services via Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCBA / BCaBA), Registered Behavior Technicians, and other highly trained professionals and paraprofessionals. We support children with developmental, cognitive, emotional, behavioral and social needs with the follow services:

- Assessment (Functional Behavior, VB MAPP, ABLLS, TRIAD, etc.)

- Intensive Teaching (Applied Verbal Behavior / Discrete Trial Therapy)

- One to one staff and classroom aides

- Behavior Intervention Plans

- Professional Development

- Parent training

We are proud to be a NJ Department of Education - approved provider of ABA therapeutic services. Our staff are additionally trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention and First Aid / CPR.

As individuals transition from eligibility of services within the school districts or private insurance, our 21+ population may still have the need for individualized support.

Through NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities and Medicaid contracts, our company provides home, community, and vocational supports for our adult individuals via Direct Support staff. Our staff are trained through the College of Direct Support via Rutgers.

Our staff are additionally trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention and First Aid / CPR.
