water is extremely important because water helps plants which gives us oxygen so we are able to breath. another reason why water is extremely important is because drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids. water helps control calories, helps energize the muscles, it helps the skin look smooth without bumps and anything else on the skin.

the body needs water because it cleans all the unwanted chemicals and also cleans the spores. water carries minerals that people need to survive. water dissolves all the substances and carries nutrients and other materials around the body hat helps the organs work.
