Transforming Learning in the 21st Century

We are delighted to announce that our inaugural OSPedagogy Conference is taking place in Birmingham.

The focus of the conference is “Transforming Learning in the 21st Century.”

The sessions at the conference will look at how technology can be used to enhance and transform learning, both in the cloud and in classrooms across the UK.

There are a wealth of tools that are available for teachers and students that enable learning to take place both inside and outside the classroom. Once educators are able to use the tools effectively, they are able to transform the learning experience for their students. Many of the tools that are available, are free or are very inexpensive, for educators to use.

The conference will begin with a keynote speech and delegates will then be able to attend a series of workshops from experienced, expert presenters.

The keynote speaker for our inaugural event is Daniel Edwards. Daniel is a Director of Innovation and Learning at the Stephen Perse Foundation of schools and he is also an Apple Distinguished Educator. Daniel’s areas of particular interest are pedagogy, learning with technology and the use of iPads in schools
