We will be meeting in the lobby of ESF and then go to Lab 712.
During the Kickoff you will learn Blackboard basics, how to use the
state portfolio site, and complete your first two tasks. Please register
in ProGOE Section #405194.
NOVEMBER TIP OF THE MONTH
If you are feeling overwhelmed, look at which tasks can be completed quickly and do not require student work.Start with these 5 tasks: 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14. They are easy to complete and do not require student work. Once they are scored you will have 1/4 of your portfolio done! It will provide you with a sense of accomplishment and will make the remaining tasks feel less overwhelming.
It is important to reflect on your PDCP timeline. Your program must be complete prior to the expiration of your certificate. Therefore, it is important to map out a guide for completion of your courses and portfolio tasks, look at when classes are offered and if they fall within your timeline. 2020 completers should have their portfolio done by the end of March.
