What I learned in Pilates today

a) Body awareness - how the muscles move the bones.

b) The mind-body connection - how to focus our minds on what our bodies are doing, (thinking through the exercise) and how to use breath control.

c) Strength and flexibility for good posture and good health.

d) Co-ordination and balance.
