Lincoln Middle School
Lincoln Families,
I hope this message finds everyone well (and warm)!
I want to thank parents for utilizing our new online attendance form to report student absences. This quick and easy way to report students' absences allows you to share with us that your child will not be at school from any phone or computer. We are asking that parents continue to use the online form as that is the preferred route by which we take attendance. We have also generated a new email address families can use to have any attendance-related questions answered, lincolnattendance@d57.org.
Through the process of the transition to online attendance reporting, we have received feedback that it would also be helpful if parents could report online that their child is going to be picked up early from school, or arriving later in the day. To that end, we have also created a system where parents can inform us of late arrivals and early dismissals. By completing this online form, the information will stream directly to the office staff, and you will receive a confirmation when you complete the form.
We appreciate your partnership when it comes to attendance, and we hope these systems help streamline things for you at home. Our homepage has been updated to reflect the new links, and they are listed again for you below. I would encourage you to "bookmark" these pages for your future reference.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to seeing your children next week!
Sincerely,
Eric Larson, Principal

COOLEST SCHOOL 2023: Looking forward to the warmer weather? We sure are! It's the perfect time to announce that "Coolest School" is BACK! Coolest School is an annual event held by Capannari Ice Cream to give back to the local schools and create a fun experience for the kids and teachers. Lincoln's "Scoop It Up" day is scheduled for April 17th from 3 - 9 pm, so SAVE THE DATE! Capannari's is bringing back the Celebrity Scooper for this event. That means that students can come for ice cream while their favorite teachers are scooping! How cool!
