Please take note of the dates below as we will not be able to have any outside visitors at lunch or volunteers on that dates listed for testing. Thank you!

GREEN UPDATES: Two Important Reminders for Field Trip Chaperones and Visitors on Testing Dates

  1. For field trips, chaperones must come to IES with their state issued ID at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled field trip, to be approved through Ident-a-Kid. Chaperones cannot complete this requirement the morning of the field trip due to safety concerns.

  2. Families/visitors cannot come in to the building during field testing/state testing dates in all grades (no lunch visitors, volunteers, mentors etc. at any grade level). Please use the important dates included as a reference to plan proactively for these dates. This is in place to provide a secure testing environment for all students.
