Romeo and Juilet

capulet's are bad

The ones that are to blame for romeo and juliet's death are the capulets. They are to blame because they were abusive parents. They were very cruel to juliet, and did not treat her like a daughter. They showed this cruelty when they tried to force her to marry. Capulet said to juliet's face “I tell thee what: get thee to church o’thursday”(3.5.161). He was forcing his daughter to marry a man she did not want too. It made it worse because Capulet had originally said that she had to like him to and he wasn't making the choice for her. Also he was telling he would kick her out of the house and disown her. If Juliet did not listen to her father he told her “Thursday is near; lay hand on heart, advise: An you be mine, I’ll give you to my friend; And you not, hang, beg, starve, die in the streets”(3.5.191-194). He was basically telling her if she did not go to his friend he would kick her out and watch her suffer. The capulets are to blame for the deaths because they forced juliet to do such things by not caring for her.
