Rudyard Christian School has an opening for a K-2 grade Teacher for the 2023-24 school year. Rudyard Christian School is located in Rudyard, MI and currently serves students in grades K-5.

Requirements

Michigan Teaching Certificate is preferred, but not required.

Be able to carry out the basis of instruction for the Rudyard Christian School

1. Provide a basic education for students at the elementary level.

2. Provide an education in an atmosphere of Christian love and discipline.

3. Provide a biblical focus not available in public schools.

Job Duties

*Teaching the curriculum approved by the Board

*Assisting in coordination and preparation for various school events, including programs, field trips, class parties, etc.

*General administrative duties as assigned by the Board

*Providing the school board with school updates at scheduled board meetings including concerns, needs, prayer requests, accomplishments and other topics as needed

Salary: Based on experience and credentials. Salary is paid September-August each contract year.

Schedule: Class instruction is provided Monday-Thursday. Teachers will be on site 730a-330p.
