What is legal aid?
legal aid is type of payment from public funds allowed, in cases of need, to help pay for legal advice or proceedings. legal aid provides financial assistance for people that are more disadvantaged and can't afford court and lawyer fees etc. Legal Aid is the provision of assistance to people otherwise unable to afford legal representation and access to the court system.
