The goal of Positive Behavior Support [PBIS] is not "perfect children." Rather, the goal should be creating the perfect environment for enhancing their growth. - Randy Sprick

Spring 2022 Schedule

Note about Remote Learning

In the event Gables needs to transition to remote learning, sometimes a last-minute decision will be made. These will be handled similarly to a snow day: Families will receive an email, robocall and it will be broadcast on the news/CCS website. Thank you for your flexibility during this time as we all work to weather this new wave of COVID-19. If you have technical difficulties logging in remotely, please contact your child's teacher.

Keep your contact information current in the Parent Portal (especially email and phone numbers). The district uses the information you have on file to notify you.

CCS Transportation Contact Info

Save the Transportation number (614-365-5074) in your contacts in case buses are running late. The best source for information - morning and afternoon - is the Transportation department.

iReady Reminder

Each child should be doing at least 30 minutes Reading and 30 minutes Math each week (older grades have a 45 minute minimum). You can access iReady through

Each week, the student with the most minutes in each class is entered into a drawing for a free book token to our book vending machine!

January's Word of the Month: Citizenship

Good citizens help keep their school and community clean and are nice to their neighbors.

Help connect social emotional learning (SEL) at home with school by encouraging your Gator to display Citizenship and maybe win Student of the Month in their class!

Winter Break 2021

Click here to share how you and/or your family spent Winter Break 2021. We love to learn about our Gators famiies - help us by sharing your family traditions and practices in this survey.
