Mental Health Screening Day!
Wednesday, 3/28 from 10am to 3pm in Counseling Services
Take a Free and Anonymous Screening!
Taking a mental health screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
Counseling Services on campus will be providing free, anonymous screenings that can help detect conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bi-polar, eating, and substance abuse disorders.
No appointment needed! Just come over when you have free time. You will be asked to complete an anonymous questionnaire, which will be scored. You will then meet with a counselor, one-on-one, in a confidential space to discuss your scores and any recommendations.
PLEASE NOTE: Screenings do not provide a diagnosis. Screenings serve as a way to detect signs of mental health conditions and can help you get connected to resources or services you may need.
