New medical cards are heading your way

We are now in the Delta Dental network! This means that you will be receiving new medical AND dental ID cards from CEBT.

Currently, if you have dental coverage, employees have one ID card for medical and dental. Now that the Trust is a part of Delta Dental’s network, the cards need to be updated to reflect the new information. The easiest way to complete this transaction is to just mass re-order all medical ID cards. YOU WILL NOT receive new CVS Caremark ID cards—please don’t throw those away!

FYI, the Delta Dental ID cards will list only the employees name on the card; however the card will work for any covered dependents. Additionally, each family will receive 2 cards. Please call CEBT if you need additional cards.
