Thank you, Tricia, for sending this quote along! It is such a wonderful way to articulate one of the imminent pitfalls that come with the end of the school year. It is this time, above almost every other time, that we need ONE ANOTHER the most!

When we are busy and stressed, we can become short with the ones we love. It is important that we make a conscious effort to monitor our attitudes, words, motives and demeanor. As a staff, this is where we are PARTICULARLY SKILLED! To protect the positivity we have worked so hard to establish, we have to fight for it when we are tired and stressed! Remember, people need compassion the most when you feel they deserve it the least!

It only works, if we all do it! JKC- one team!
