10 Commandments Focus of The Bible Year on Sunday
Sunday, January 22 | Community Guidelines
Wow, the beginning of this story has been epic! God’s chosen people have been liberated from Egyptian slavery and are headed to the Promised Land. However, God decides before they get there they should probably adopt some “Community Guidelines.” God sends Moses up to the top of Mount Sinai to retrieve these Ten Commandments. God’s message through Moses is that when these commands are followed the community will prosper and not suffer. Surely they will obey?! Right?!

Family Ministries Bible Breakfast for Kids, Youth, Parents Every Sunday Morning
Get Involved | All you have to do is show up, grab a plate and a cup of coffee, and eat! Each week, Rev. Ashley Anne or Colin Craft will lead a short devotion based on The Bible Year readings for that week. We will then have genuine, intergenerational discussions with everyone gathered around the table.
Set up will begin at 9:45 a.m. and breakfast will be provided by a rotation of families each week. We are so excited to jump into something new and we hope to see you on Sunday!

Children’s Church on Sunday
Our kiddos are encouraged to join Mr. Colin for Children’s Church following Children’s Chat at 11 a.m. Sunday worship. Pick up your children in Room 104 after worship.
Topic | Following Jesus
Last week we talked about how we can love God with our actions. This week we are going to talk about a very important action: following. It might sound simple, but following can actually be very hard. Yet, following is one of the greatest ways to love God! This week we are going to be talking about the one person we can always follow, Jesus, and how we love God in doing so.

Plans. Every year we make big goals to get our life planned out. We buy new calendars and sticker sets and plan our lives down to the minute! But what happens when plans go wrong? Or, what if the plan that we made just isn’t a good one? Much like our purpose in life, our plans become fuzzy because we are human. Yet, the God who calls us beloved from the day we are born has a plan for us. This Sunday, we are going to be exploring God’s plan and how it is always good.
