Reminders for Winfield Schools
1. Please put in for your field trip 10 weeks before the field trip date.
2. Remember to turn in all field trip money to central office 1 month before in order to get a check cut.
3. The timeline for field trips start about 3 months before the trip, so think about your spring trips.

Discipline Building Goal
Discipline: Less than 10% of students will have one or more referral during the 2015-2016 school year.
Strategy 1: School-Wide behavior expectations in all setting s are identified with input, communicated to staff and taught to students. Provide celebrations when goals are met.
Strategy 2: Students can identify expectations when asked.
Strategy 3: Track daily, monthly, yearly discipline.
Strategy 4: Identify data triggers for all tiered interventions.
Strategy 5: Refer and collaborate with outside agencies and special education.
Strategy 6: Develop and Informal functional assessment.

Winfield Primary's Big Five Data for the Week of November 8, 2015-November 13, 2015
Kindergarten: Kindergarten students had 3 major referrals this week. The peek time of the day was . These occurred at 3:15. These occurred primarily on Monday, Thursday and Friday. This occurred with all male students with a problem behavior of bus safety. Their motivation was to obtain peer attention and avoid adult attention. The highest area of concern was the bus.
1st Grade: 1st Grade students had 11 referrals this week. They had 4 major referral and 7 minor referrals. The peek time of the day was 1:00 p.m.. These occurred primarily on Tuesday. This occurred with all male students with a problem behavior of defiance. Their motivation was to obtain peer attention. The highest areas of concern include the playground and the classroom.
2nd Grade: 2nd Grade students had 3 major referrals this week. The peek time of the day was 1:30 p.m. These occurred primarily on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This occurred with 1 male student and 2 female students with a problem behaviors were defiance and physical aggression. Their motivation was to obtain peer attention. The highest area of concern included the bus and the library.

Attendance: Average daily attendance will be maintained at 95%. 90% of students will be at school 90% of the time.
