THE KNIGHTLY NEWS
November 20, 2020

Notes from Dr. Sullivan
November 23rd and 24th
Earlier this week you received an email from the district informing you that on November 23rd and 24th students will learn remotely. There will not be any live zooming with students. (This includes students currently learning remotely.) Students in PreK-2nd will have paper/pencil type activities and 3rd-5th graders will have a combination of paper/pencil and iPad assignments. The work is due on Monday, November 30th, when we return to in-person learning.
Turkey Bingo -
Thank you to everyone that donated prizes for our Turkey Bingo games. It was a fun way to finish off our week.

REPORTING COVID CASES NEXT WEEK
As you know, our main office will be closed all of next week, November 23rd - November 27th.
We would like to formalize a process for reporting positive cases/quarantines
for you over the break.
If your family needs to report a positive COVID case or a direct exposure next week, please
email Dr. Sullivan directly at bdsullivan@mpsomaha.org.
He will then reach out to you to confirm that we received your information
and guide you on any next steps.
If there is any question on whether or not a student should attend on
Monday, November 30th due to exposure,
please keep them home and someone from our school will follow up with you on the 30th.

THANK YOU • THANK YOU • THANK YOU
We would like you to know how thankful we are for
the generosity shown by our Knight Families!
With your contributions of Turkey Bingo prizes
our tradition was able to continue and was a HUGE success.
It wouldn't have happened without all of you!
