- IDEACon Conference (Brooks)
- RTI Meetings All Day Please check the schedule for any last minute changes. We will be in the book room for these.
Tuesday, February 25, 2020
- A SWAT police car will be dropping off students in the morning as a prize from Carnival. I just wanted you to be aware so you are not alarmed when they drop off.
- RTI Meetings in the AM. We will be in the book room . Please check the schedule for any changes.
- Enrichment Eagles 2:45-4pm
- Kindergarten Registration 3:30-5:30pm
Wednesday, February 26, 2020
- Fire truck rides to school. Several fire trucks will be dropping students off at school in the morning as a carnival silent auction prize. This shouldn't interrupt the start of the day, but didn't want to cause alarm when you see them pull up in the morning.
- New to BIST Training at Prospect United Methodist Church Wednesday and Thursday (Wright, Andrews, Bishop, Bremer, M.Olson, Mills)
- PLC Dismissal 2:15pm: Grade Level Meetings. I would like 3-5th grade teachers to meet in Sam's classroom for the first 20 minutes to discuss literary analysis and response to literature at 2:30pm.

- I will be printing and distributing February AR Diagnostic reports for you.
BIST Tracking
If a student has 3 or more moves in a month, this should trigger a grade level PLC conversation and planning session for that student if you haven't already. We will be using BIST more in RTI planning meetings as well.

Positive Office Referrals
You are welcome to celebrate the successes of students at any point this year. You can do so by filling out this FORM or by simply sending me an email that details they're specific success or positive behavior. They will get to ring the bell, sign the wall and have a selfie taken to be displayed outside the office. In most cases, I also call home to share the good news with their parents.
Maintenance Requests
This helps George, Nancy, and Tom Grimm track building and district requests.
You can ask verbally for a request, but also be sure to send the email. It can be as simple as "Please move desk to stage in my classroom" or "Air Conditioning is leaking."
