A Physical property is a characteristic of a substance that can be observed without changing the substance into something else.

Examples:

-color

-hardness

-boiling point

Chemical Change

A chemical change is a chemical reaction , a change that changes substances into new substances. The five indicators are, color change, gas produced, temperature changes, new substance formed, and odor released.

Examples:

-baking a cake

-cooking an egg

A physical change is a change in matter that does not affect it's chemical composition.
