The 2022-2023 school year is my third in the Mooresville Graded School District and I am excited to be back. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carolina and I am a HUGE Gamecock fan!

I grew up in Cornelius, NC, and that is where I currently live with my husband of 24 years, our 3 children, and our dog. My oldest son, Will, is a senior at ECU. His younger brother, Lucas, is beginning his sophomore year at App State, and Caroline is bringing up the rear as an 8th grader at Mooresville Middle School. When I'm not teaching or chasing kids, you can usually find me somewhere with a book. On a really good day, you will find me at the beach with a book!

I am looking forward to getting to know the 7th graders at Mooresville Middle School!

• Notebook (spiral, composition, or 3-ring binder with pages ON the rings)
• Pencils with erasers
• Earbuds or headphones

Students may use:

• Highlighters and/or colored pens for notes
