Didn't order a yearbook?
While the yearbook ordering deadline for a 2020 yearbook was January 31st, our publisher is printing a few overrun copies to be made available on a first come, first serve basis until gone. You can purchase these few remaining copies by clicking the below link:
NOTE: Elementary does appear in the yearbook as we publish a K-12 edition; however, secondary does receive most of the coverage.
Those who pre-ordered will receive their copies in their end-of-year pick-up bags.

June 1st Pickup/Return Information for Grades 1-4
We have missed our students so badly and we can’t wait to see them during our year-end pick-up for grades 1-4 on June 1st! We will have a bag for each student ready to go with all their stuff (final report card, awards, nurse medications, etc.)
I have looked at actual enrollment numbers to help with the flow, so please come during your timeframe if at all possible. Another family can pick up your items for you if you choose.
Last Name begins with:
If you can't make it during the assigned time or if you prefer to avoid more people, then you can pick-up from 5-6pm that night too (but it will only be Mrs. Creamer and you will miss the teachers). Simply follow the carpool pattern and drive under the school porte cochere. It would be wonderful if you could email and let me know to expect you: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will follow the normal carpool pattern – with one exception.
- If you have a Chromebook to return, you will divert to come under the church's porte cochere to return that along with the charger. Then you will rejoin the traffic flow - see map and video.
- (we may have to wrap the car line if it gets too long to avoid backing up onto Teel - please come prepared; we will need to check the tag on the back)
Please use your carpool sign to help us quickly identify whose things to gather (if you don’t have your sign, just make one with first and last name(s)).
As you approach the elementary porte cochere,
- Use the inner left lane if you are an elementary only family.
- Use the outer right lane if you also have secondary students so you can wrap back around to enter their pick-up line.
If you have anything else to return, please have that ready in a bag with the teacher’s name.
We know you loved your teachers, so if you had a gift that you wanted to give to them or anyone else, this is also the time for that. We will be prepared to receive those from you.
