NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL...
This week started with our annual spelling bee. The competition was steep, and the bee lasted almost 1 hour because our competitors are such great spellers. Congratulations to our spelling bee champions Naomi (4th grade) and Kayla (5th grade) and our reserve champions Angela (4th grade) and Finley (5th grade). The two champions will take Placer County Office of Education (PCOE) qualifying assessment to determine if they compete at the county level in March. A special thank you to Ms. Ricci for organizing the spelling bee and to our judges and pronouncer.
