There are only a few trees there because there is not much nature there because all of the snow there an their climate is very very cold when it is the winter and it is like warm in the summer and how they affect the people there is that they are buying so much sleds for the mushing they are not going to have any money.

What the history of the Iditarod is that it used to be the one hundredth anniversary of the us purchase of Alaska and some people try to get drugs so they can do better and some people try to get 11-16 dogs.
CULTURE AND NATIVES OF ALASKA
What the culture is that the natives used to live in Alaska but they had split up into groups which are called the Eskimo , American Indians ,and the Aleut but the three tribes kept coming back looking for food for their tribe.
MUSHERS,SLED DOGS,AND SLEDS
About the dogs is that they are Siberian huskies who pull the sled to make the whole entire sled but all the dogs look like wolfs so they have these very bright blue eyes so they can see where they are going through the dark.
