Eagles' Odds, Ends, and Reminders
- Computer Lab Key: If you are going to be in the computer lab on the main hallway, please pick up a key from Krissy in the front office before you begin your day and return it when you leave the computer lab. Make sure to lock it before you leave. If we have a Code Yellow or Code Red which would require you to lock down the room, you will have a way to make sure the class is secure. Let Mrs. Johnson know if you have questions.
- Code Yellow/Red Practice: Please make sure to consistently practice Code Drills with students (including, red, yellow, blue, fire, tornado). Our goal is to review and practice with students monthly between drills.
- Black History Month: Our Black History Month program is February 9th at 9:00 a.m., and we will run a modified schedule that day with lunch on team due to chairs being in the gym. Please mark your calendars.
- LAST CHANCE: Ugly Christmas Sweater Competition: Please vote for tackiest staff Christmas sweater/Christmas attire by visiting this link: https://www.smore.com/jg7kv. You can review the competitors and click the link below the pictures to cast your vote.
- Late Bus Supervision: If you are responsible for coordinating late bus supervision during your assigned week, please plan ahead and make sure everyone on your supervision team knows the day he/she is responsible for and choose a location for students. Most days we will not need anyone for a late bus, but we do have occasional times when there is no driver and students are on a second load. The front office will call the coordinator as soon as the school is contacted about the late bus, and will alert the leader. Please let Johanna or Kyna know where the students should report. Teachers can tag team or take individual days. Again, most days it's not needed.
- Tech Tuesdays: Tech Tuesday is cancelled this week.
- TKES Walk-Throughs: TKES walk-throughs are going on now. You will not need to sign off on anything. The observation will be shared but you will not sign-off on walk-throughs. Let us know if you have questions.
