MODEL UNITED NATIONS
Chandler High students traveled to Boston last week to attend the Harvard conference for Model United Nations. MUN draws a diverse group of informed college/university students and faculty from around the world to address current global issues. The conference provides students with a better understanding of the inner workings of the UN and a forum to hone skills in diplomacy, negotiation, critical thinking, compromise, public speaking, writing, and research. Thanks to Mrs. Carol Gould and Mr. Manny Cartagena for chaperoning.
