Welcome to all of our new and continuing students and their families to another fantastic
year of dance and tumbling at My King Studio! We're so glad you are here for our
19th year of glorifying God through dance.
This year we will be focusing on VOICE OF THE KING! as we celebrate 19 YEARS of Dancing
for Jesus! Our Dance Concert theme and monthly verses will revolve around this topic.

We've been busy getting ready for you!
A special thank you to David Revelle and Mike Wilson for all of the work they did leading up to the start of classes - mounting new TV's, connecting with new webcams, and building & installing hinged desks for our laptops - all seamlessly! - to improve our Zoom-ing experience for those who want or need to dance from home!
And a big thank you to Ms. Ally from the Front Desk who helped tape the floors to help our in-studio dancers to stay socially distanced!
It takes a village to help keep our families healthy & safe!
Zoom Class Links are available from the Front Desk, if needed.
Staff Spotlight - Ms. Olga
Why do you like working at MKS?
I love the welcoming, open and spiritual atmosphere that MKS surrounds its students and staff with. I love working at MKS because here I get to do what I love the most in the world, which is dance. Moreover, I'm happy to share my dance experience and my knowledge with my students.
When you're not working what do you like to do?
I'm an artistic person, so when I'm not working, I like to paint or do something creative such as cooking exotic foods. I also love an athletic lifestyle - playing volleyball, dancing at home, biking, running and working out.
Fun fact about yourself?
I don't have a middle name because "middle names" don't exist in Russia.

We offer Parent & Tot Classes in a 5-Week Session format to allow for some of that energy to be expended in an enjoyable & interactive way! If you know of any groovin’ little ones who may be interested, we would love for you to join us!
Moving Through Uncertainty!
Many would agree that these are uncertain times….uncharted for most of us. We don’t know what the future holds, let alone tomorrow. The landscape of performing arts and theater across the globe has changed, and there is no way of knowing what it will look like in the coming year. With dance studios and schools opening back up, there is hope for many, but with it often comes fear and anxiety. This and so many unanswered questions bring to mind the theme of uncertainty.
Uncertainty isn’t new, but our association to it these days is undeniable. The predictability of life, daily routines, even our communication is not what it once was. While that is not to say that we won’t get back there, we must acknowledge where we are now in order to move through this difficult time. It is even more pertinent now because we have grown accustomed to a new norm of social distancing and Zoom meetings. Emerging back into society and daily life outside of a virtual platform will most definitely bring out a new round of fears and anxieties for children and adults.
