Mindful Games
Mindful play is a great way for kids to develop focusing skills while learning to regulate their emotions and respond to situations calmly, with kindness and compassion. Explore Mindful Games from Susan Kaiser Greenland (author of The Mindful Child and Mindful Games books) and the Mindful Games activity cards she developed with Annaka Harris (author of I Wonder) as well a few of Rick’s favorites.
