Inside Earth

Plates
Plates are sections of the lithosphere inside earth. Plates tectonics is the theory on how
plates move under earth's surface. Plates move because the lithosphere is in slow
constant motion. There are three types of boundaries, which include: divergent, convergent, and transform boundaries.
Volcano's changed earth.
When volcanoes erupt they can expand land and create new land.
People changed earth.
People have changed Earth by building cities and driving on roads with vehicles. Farming for food has also changed Earth.
Earthquakes changed earth
Earthquakes changed earth by breaking land and the environment.
Erosion
Erosion
Erosion is the destructive forces that are constantly breaking up and wearing away or weathering all the rocks on Earth's surface. The forces include heat and cold, rain, waves, and ice. The three main types of erosion are running water, wind, and ice. Water causes the most change to Earth's surface. Wind causes the least amount of change to Earth's surface.
