STAAR Testing
Next week is our first round of STAAR Testing for 2016-2017 school year. Remember the campus is closed on testing days to all visitors. Ways to help your student prepare for testing.
· Get plenty of sleep
· Eat a good breakfast. (McDonald is offering free breakfast to any 4th or 5th grade students testing.)
· Make sure they are at school on time, 7:55 am.
· Encourage your student to do their best

Nurse Nook
6th grade parents:
The nurse will be performing spinal screenings on Friday, March 24th. Please remind your student to bring shorts, and remind girls to wear a two- piece swimsuit top, halter top, or sports bra. If you do not want your child screened , you are required to fill out the Spinal Screen Exemption form and return it to the nurse. Please contact the school nurse for any questions regarding this required screening.
