It's time for the annual Food Fight! Ozarks Food Harvest is the Feeding America food bank for southwest Missouri, serving 260,000 individuals across 28 counties. SPS is partnering with them again this year to raise hunger awareness across the district and to stock member food pantries, including those at Central HS, Hillcrest HS, Kickapoo HS and Study Alternative Center. Sign up today to support your school partner and help us beat last year's record of cash and food collections equivalent to 39,450 pounds:

Big Brothers Big Sisters has learned that being important to a child doesn't take much more than that. Don't Miss the Japanese Fall Festival Hosted by Springfield Sister Cities Association (SSCA)

Springfield Sister Cities Association (SSCA) will hold its 20th annual Japanese Fall Festival September 11- 13th at the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden at Nathanael Greene Park/Close Memorial Park (2400 S. Scenic). The festival runs from 5 to 10pm on Friday, from 11am to 10pm on Saturday, and from 11am - 6pm on Sunday. Click below to download the full agenda - there is truly something for EVERYONE!
