Maserati further invests in this idea by showing examples of the hard-working underdog overcoming adversity. Maserati's reasoning for doing this is to convey the audience that their company is the hard-working underdog so that they will hopefully purchase the vehicle. Maserati uses a heroic tone to reach a more masculine audience.
