Session Topics & Descriptions
The Impact Cycle - Michelle Harris from Jim Knight's Instructional Coaching Group / Coaching-Mentoring Track
Helping adults is complex: "both exhausting and exhilarating" says Tracy, a coach in Franklin, TN. Why? This workshop explores why helping adults can be challenging and gives you some ways to understand and ameliorate those challenges. We will also look at research-based coaching conversations and have a chance to reflect, practice, and dialogue.

During this workshop, you will receive an overview of Minecraft: Education Edition, learn to play the game, and explore curriculum and classroom resources. Upon completion, licenses for Minecraft will be assigned to your students once you obtain principal approval to use this app and submit your class rosters. The facilitator for this session is Alex Larson, who is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert and a former Fulton teacher and KSU iTeach coach.
