Historical Climate
During the time period of when human population was jumping, carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere have risen from 290 parts per million (ppm) to 369 ppm, with evidence pointing to the burning of fossil fuels as a primary cause of these increase. The worst tropical storm of the 20th century occurred in Bangladesh in November 1970 where 300,000-500,000 people were killed due to winds coupled with a storm surge.
Trends Now:
You can determine that the precipitation and temperature from now have gone up a bit from years ago.
Conclusion:
From the evidence found from the graphs you can determine that the winters back in the days were a lot colder than they are now. There isn't a whole lot of change in temperatures, but as years go by winters don't seem as cold as they used to be.Some years although the winters cans till be colder than years before, it all depends on how the climate decides to change.
