MARCHing Toward Excellence

Have you ever witnessed the precision of the military or a collegiate marching band? Every member is in perfect step and doing the right thing at the right time. As our Team Excellence enters the month of March and goes deeper into this spring semester, let's ensure every member- educators, students, and parents- are marching toward the next level of success. A march is intentional and bold. Marching feet have purpose and a distinct destination.

RHE is the right place. The right things are quality instruction, willing learners and supportive parents. The right time is every day. We will support teaching, learning, high expectations and discipline every day.

We have the right team- you, your child and the RHE staff. We're MARCHing toward Excellence. "Left, left, left, right, left!"

Principal Cherish Pipkins, M.Ed.

Dismissal

Parents, our staff arrive to work early and most remain after school for tutorials, meetings, conferences, or clubs. Please be mindful and pick up your children on time each day. School dismisses at 3:30 pm. Students must be picked up no later than 3:45 pm. Thank you in advance for being courteous to our staff, who all have professional obligations and personal responsibilities.

If you need assistance, our on-campus after school program, Right at School, is a great option!

ATTENDANCE/TARDY

· Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. We understand there are times when children miss school. If your child will be absent, please contact Registrar Ms. L. Smith at 972-218-1528. To maintain an orderly dismissal process, please note that children will not be checked out early after 3 p.m.

PARENT OBSERVATIONS

Parents will not interact with teachers or students during the observation time. Be sure to schedule a parent-teacher conference when you need to speak with the teacher.
