Important End Of Year Updates
End of Year Collections and Distributions: 5/20 - 5/22
Next Wednesday through Friday, students need to return all items that belong to Plano ISD and pick up any important items previously left at school. All collection and drop-offs will be curbside, and we will be following social-distancing procedures to keep this as safe as possible for everyone involved. This collection and distribution process will include:
- Return of Chromebook/chargers
- Return of Library books, Textbooks, and English Novels
- Pick up of Locker Contents ( School and Athletic lockers )
- Pick Up of Previously Requested Classroom Items (Art work)
- Pick Up/Purchase of Yearbooks (see message below)
To help this process run efficiently, we have developed a detailed plan, traffic map, and editable sign for your car window. Please take some time to read through the process and sign up for your time slot.

Before next Wednesday, please remind your student to locate and gather all items that need to be returned. Students should also reach out to teachers in advance if there are specific items that need to be returned to the student.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and patience with this process. We look forward to seeing you (from a safe distance)!
Yearbooks Are In! Pickup Yours Next Week 5/20-5/22
School is almost over, and yearbooks are here! As a parent, you know how valuable a yearbook is, especially when students can no longer be together. Help your students remember all the fun, special and priceless moments of this school year by ordering their 2019-2020 Clark High School yearbooks today at Jostens.com. We have extra copies now available for $60. You may pay with a credit card online today at Jostens.com, or if you wish, a limited number of extra copies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for you to purchase next week during equipment drop-off times at school.
Those who have already reserved their yearbooks may pick theirs up at the school during equipment drop-off hours from 9 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, and Thursday, May 21, and from 9 to 6 p.m. Friday, May 22. Those who can't pay online but still want to purchase one must bring $60 CASH ONLY to the school during those times. Please place a sign in your car window with your student's first and last name and student ID number. We will bring your yearbook out to your car for you.
We know your students are missing their activities and their friends, but the yearbook brings them all together again for one last time. Packed with thousands of color photos, the yearbook tells the story of every student in this historic year. Don't miss out on your opportunity to purchase a lasting keepsake of this year's special memories for your loved ones.

Medication Returns - Wednesday, 5/20
Dear Parents:
Due to the end of school year and COVID-19, we have established a plan to distribute medication back to families who have kept medication in the school clinic. The date will be on 5/20/2019. Please email the nurse at Phaiksee.Chuah@pisd.edu to schedule a time for pick-up or call the clinic (469-752-7209) between 9:00-1:00 PM on Wednesday 5/20/2020. To those who have already picked up the medication, thank you! In order to comply with social distancing, we can only allow curbside pickup at this time.
According to Plano guidelines, any medication that is not picked up by the last day of school May 22nd at noon will be destroyed without any notification. This includes daily medications, as-needed medications, Epi-Pens, diabetic supplies, diastat, etc.
It has been a pleasure to provide care to your child this school year. I hope you all have a healthy and safe summer.
-Phaiksee Chuah
