Still Searching
Professionals are still searching for the body of Christine Armstrong. So far all they have found is her swim cap and goggles. They are just hoping and praying to at least find her body, dead or not.
Where it all Happened
It is Sunday morning at Tathra beach, on the southern New South Wales coast, and the ocean is clear and calm. No one had expected a shark attack but as shocking as it was, Christine Armstrong is no more.
Tears are Shed
Rob and Christine were teenage sweethearts from Western Australia. He was a teacher, she worked in Aboriginal affairs.
They moved to Tathra more than a decade ago and, with a passion for ocean swimming, they joined the local surf club. "We've never been apart. We always did everything together." Rob said. Because of Christine's loss, many tears have been shed.
