Summit Middle School
Library and Technology News-Student Edition
December 2022
Parents and Students,
Happy Holidays from Summit Library. Our library has been busy with classes and book orders. It is so exciting when we get brand new books and they are all checked out within a few days!
Our library classes have been focusing on genres and research. 6th and 7th graders enjoyed our Starbooks Cafe. While listening to coffee house jazz music, the students explored books from different genres in our library. Then everyone enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate. We really appreciate the local Starbucks for donating cups for us to use.
We know the next few weeks will go by quickly before our Winter break, so we want to make sure all the students get their overdue books turned in. Emails will be sent out soon to students with overdue books and lost books.
We wish everyone a safe and relaxing Winter Break!
Thank you all for your support!
