Leopard Spotlight!
The Leopard Spotlight award for 11.15.23 goes to Deborah Martinez! Deborah did an incredible job of organizing our Leopard Friday event! We are so grateful for the detail that she put into making the event special for our community and building partnerships with several different businesses and sponsors. Additionally, Mrs. Martinez works daily with our substitute teachers and continuously builds positive relationships with them. Without her support, our campus would not be the same. We are appreciative of all she does to keep LHS running!

Lovejoy Visual Art would like to invite you to experience our students' journey through art from Kindergarten to 12th grade at this year's K-12 Art Evolution Exhibit on Nov. 30th from 5-8 pm. This annual exhibit in the Lovejoy High School gallery is a collection of work from grades K - 12 that represents the practice, process, work ethic, personal voice, and care that lies at the core of our visual art program. This beautifully-curated exhibition of selected student work showcases our students' first year in the studio to their last; providing an incredible picture of the intentional experience our artists take on while in our Lovejoy studios. As part of the celebration of the artistic journey through our K-12 studios, we will have live music performed by the Lovejoy Orchestra and a hot chocolate and cookie bar. We hope that you can join us for this special exhibit of over 130 artists from all grade levels!

PSAT Scores
PSAT scores will be released on Thursday, Nov. 16th. Students must have a College Board account to view PSAT/ NMSQT Scores.
PSAT/NMSQT Digital Resources:
CCMR CORNER
The PSAT score release is right around the corner! To see scores, students must log into their College Board account. If your student still needs to create their College Board account, they can easily do so at https://www.collegeboard.org. It's recommended that students use their personal email addresses when creating this account, as they may need access to it after graduation.
In addition to the score report, the College Board has introduced a new feature called Career Insights on the PSAT score report. This tool provides a brief overview of in-demand jobs in their state, which can help them explore their interests and aspirations. It's important to note that the jobs listed are not the only available options and don't necessarily represent the ideal Career for everyone. However, they can be a starting point to explore various career options that align with interest areas, such as doers, thinkers, creators, helpers, persuaders, and organizers. All jobs listed require some form of education after high school, and the pay wage varies widely. You can learn more about this tool by following this link: https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/explore-careers/what-are-career-insights.
