End of Year Procedures

Please see the Google Doc End of Year Procedures. Each section will need to be initialed. All items are to be completed by June 1st before you leave. Due dates starting Thursday, May 24!

Field Day Schedule

We will be utilizing aides that day, and classes will have a sack lunch with their teachers. Aides and specials staff will be giving each teacher a conference time so please have an activity planned for your class during this time. You are welcome to check out Makerspace materials for the day.

Pre-K and Kinder 8:20-9:20

From Your Captain

THANK YOU for all your flexibility with STAAR testing. Everything went very smoothly with your help and patience. Let's finish the year strong and remember that students are our priority and our mission.

Don't forget to check Eduphoria Workshop & Region 12 for lots of great professional development opportunities this summer.

Review the district school supply list (below) as a grade level and send input to me by Wednesday.

End of Year Awards

Here is the schedule for End of Year Awards (Some are during conference times):

May 29th

8:30 am-4th Grade

9:30 am-2nd Grade

May 30th

8:30 am-1st Grade

9:30 am-5th Grade

1:30 pm-3rd Grade

May 31st

8:45 am-PreK

9:30 am-Kindergarten

Please make sure that every student receives an award. We will have "brag tag" necklaces for 6th Six Weeks Perfect Attendance, Math (girl and boy), and Writing (girl and boy). They will be in your boxes next week. Please have awards organized and ready for your ceremony.
