NORTH BRANCH AREA MIDDLE SCHOOL
Item/technology/medicine retrieval and general information
Dear Families,
Thank you very much for your patience as we plan for the possibility of delivering instruction in a distance learning format to all North Branch Area Middle School (NBAMS) students. NBAMS staff have been engaged in a rapid rate of professional development and many hours of collaborative problem solving. NBAMS teachers have put on their creative hats and revamped their curriculum and learning activities in preparation to deliver distance learning opportunities to their students.
Our educational assistants and support staff have been involved in understanding the guts of technology and how to support students in a virtual learning format. Each NBAMS staff member has been solution focused and is doing their very best to make distance learning possible for every student and their needs.

Childcare Services
Childcare services, including transportation will be provided from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm for students of emergency workers, school staff and other essential workers as defined by Governor Walz’s Executive Order free of charge. In order to ensure the safety of the children and staff in the program, attending children's temperatures will be taken upon arrival and again at midday by school district nurses.
If a child in school district care is found to have a fever or be ill, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately and will be expected to pick up their children as soon as possible. Students will be immediately separated from other students while awaiting pick up.
If you have questions if you qualify or interested in learning more about access to School Age Care services please contact Youth Connections at 651-674-1029 or click here for more information.
