We will be celebrating Easter this week. The Third grade will read Rechenka's Eggs, Second grade will be reading The Easter Egg, first grade we will be reading Littlest Bunny in Kansas, and in Kindergarten we will be reading Last One is a Rotten Egg.

On Friday, April 10 we will see the following classes.

3rd Grade - Fox/Burch - We will continue to work together on our Dewey Decimal Scavenger Hunt.

2nd Grade - Larson/Mick - How can we comprehend what we read? We will be practicing strategies to help us understand what we read.

1st Grade - Lange/Brown - Continue our work on using resources and citing sources.

Kindergarten - Shannon/Thatcher - We are going to learn that it is okay if someone takes the book we want because it will come back and then we get a turn. We will also look at books that may not be something we would normally pick to see if we might like them.

This week we will see our Tuesday classes (Wuthrich/Williams and Edwards) and our Thursday classes (Pfizenmaier/Deines).

The 4th grade will be working on research skills.

The 5th grade will begin the book talk process. They are going to pick one book that they think the new 4th graders coming in next fall should read.

During 8th hours on the following days, Monday (Mrs. Blake), Tuesday (Mrs. Weller), Wednesday, (Mrs. Yenni), and Thursday (Mr. Rickley) the 6th grade language arts classes will be in the library for checkout.
