STAFF TO DO:
- Touch base with every crew kid. Tell them you are glad to see them and ask how their week went. (These are the conversations kids remember the most!)
- Make sure you have at least 3-4 grades (content and habits each) by the end of this week. We will have had 2 weeks of actual classes since the beginning of 4th quarter. Update your grade books, we don't want to send the wrong message to students and parents.
- Make sure you have seen the movie "Wonder." If not talk to Dana, she has a copy and pretty sure she'd let you borrow it. (April 13th all students will watch this movie)
- Provide time over the next couple of weeks for students to practice NWEA. It may be the one thing that helps them achieve their growth goals. (Good time for us all to re-visit their growth sheets!)
- Make students use complete sentences when speaking and writing, 100% of the time.
Quickly Approaching....Check "Important Dates" Document
The next two months are going to go really fast with a number of things going on. It's up to all of us to communicate and/or ask questions if we are unclear. We will get out communication as quickly and often as possible. We will also touch base to recap anything coming up during Content/Hall meetings. Might want to keep the "Important Dates (GVMS)" close. This document can also be found in the golden folder in your toolbar.
