Day One

Breakfast: Oatmeal, strawberries, and And glass of orange juice

Lunch: Tuna Salad with whole wheat crackers, celery sticks, sunflower seeds and glass of water

Dinner: Steak Filet, sweet potato, green beans and glass of milk

Snack 1: Apple

Snack 2: Yogurt

Day Two

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, yogurt, a banana, and a glass of Passion Fruit Juice

Lunch: Roast Beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato,pickles and mustard , Apple, granola bar and a glass of water

Dinner: Roasted skinless Chicken breast with green beans, mashed potatoes, bread and butter and a glass of milk

Snack 1: Orange

Snack 2: Pear

Day Three

Breakfast: Breakfast Burrito with eggs, red peppers, canola oil, sour cream, tomato, and avocado

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich, Apple and Protein Shake

Dinner: Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Tomato Soup, and a glass of milk

Snack 1: grapes

Snack 2: pear

Day Four

Breakfast: Bowl of mixed fruit, yogurt, and a glass of Apple juice

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, grapes, granola bar and a glass of water

Dinner: Grilled Salmon, peas, buttered bread roll and a glass of milk

Snack 1: Banana

Snack 2: Peach

Day Five

Breakfast: Strawberry Parfait with strawberries, sugar, Greek yogurt and granola with a glass of water

Lunch: Ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, an orange, granola bar and a Protein Shake

Dinner: Omelet with mushrooms, ham, cheese, and peppers with a glass of milk

Snack 1: Sunflower seeds

Snack 2: Apple

Day Six

Breakfast: Peanut butter strawberry and banana Quesedilla

Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, granola bar, Apple and a glass of water

Dinner: Spagetti and meat balls, butter and rolls, and a glass of milk

Snack 1: Sunflower seeds

Snack 2: grapes

Day Seven

Breakfast: Whole grain waffles with blue berries and a glass of milk

Lunch: Macaroni and cheese with ground beef and salsa ( mixed together)

Dinner: Hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, ketchup, and onions with brown beans, mashed potatoes and a glass of milk

Snack 1: Strawberries

Snack 2: Bannana

Things to Know

Food Allergies are the inability to consume certain foods.

Some symptoms are in the head like dizziness and passing out. Symptoms for the mouth are itching and swelling. Shortness of breath, coughing, and wheezing are symptoms of the lungs. Skin symptoms are itching, hives, redness and swelling.

Some foods to stay away from are crab, lobster,shrimp, crawfish, barnacle, krill, prawns, mixed nuts, and some candies and baked goods.

Five beneficial foods are banana's, sunflower seeds, apples, yogurt and granola.

It generally lasts your whole life.

Treatment is to avoid the foods and if consumed based on how severe your reaction is depends on your treatment.
