Volunteer to Help at Games and Contests!

Parents, family, and friends are encouraged to sign up and help the Creek Band at all contests and football games.


You can sign up to help using SignUpGenius...we will use this throughout the year, so go ahead and create an account.


You can see all of the events for which help is needed here!


All volunteers will need to be cleared through CCISD's background check process.

All students will need to sign up for a bus for the fall semester.


Students will not be able to change their bus over the course of the semester unless for an extreme extenuating circumstance. In other words, "I broke up with my boyfriend/girlfriend" will not be a good reason to switch busses.

Clear Creek Band Grading Policy

Students, remember to stay on top of your assignments. Recordings, Sight-Reading Factory Assignments, etc. are due as assigned.


Per CCISD and CCHS policy, assignments received after the due date receive no more than 75% of original grade. Assignments not received within 3 days will receive a 0.


Please contact a director if you need assistance with any assignments involving uploading recordings or using an app.


"I couldn't make it work," will never be an excuse if you bring it up after the due date. Let us know ahead of time so we can help you!
