Every scholar, every day! November 2020
A Message from Leslie Thomas
Hello Diamondbacks!
I hope this letter finds our Dback families safe and in good health. Unfortunately, as you are aware we have postponed the return of our face to face instruction. Region 19 School Systems have developed a COVID-19 On Campus Attendance Plan and guide to transition back to school safely. Please visit the following link for additional information. https://twitter.com/SocorroISD/status/1319746156558241793
Next week begins our Virtual Parent / Teacher conferences. Your child's teacher will contact you to schedule an appointment to review your child's progress. If you have not been contacted, please message your child's teacher.
Reminder that attendance is still an important factor in remote learning. We appreciate you logging in daily and communicating with teachers. Parents, please make sure you are assisting in submitting your child's work in a timely manner and checking in regularly with their teacher. We are a team in your child's education. We need you now more than ever.
Thank you for supporting our most recent family night at AppleBee's. This month we will be supporting our partners, Boss Chicken. Take out meals are available from 11am-9pm. Make sure to mention Cactus Trails when ordering!
We have been handing out technology devices for the past few weeks. If you missed your pick-up time, please call the campus asap so we may assist you.
Should you have any questions please call the campus and we will do our best to assist you. Please make sure to check our campus web page frequently at sisd.net/cactustrailses as important information is posted there. You can also follow me on Twitter to keep updated and informed about school openings and schedules.
